We’re seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented Service Valet to join our award-winning service team. In this vital role, you will be the first and last point of contact for service guests responsible for greeting customers, assisting with vehicle check-in and check-out, and ensuring each guest receives an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate is courteous, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction are top priorities.
Greet all service customers in a professional, friendly manner upon arrival.
Safely drive customer vehicles to and from service lanes, parking areas, and technician bays.
Assist customers with check-in and check-out processes, including vehicle tagging and paperwork handling.
Maintain the appearance and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas.
Provide shuttle service for customers when needed, ensuring safety and courtesy at all times.
Deliver vehicles to customers after service completion, ensuring they are clean and ready for return.
Support Service Advisors and Technicians by organizing vehicle flow and managing keys.
Conduct light vehicle inspections and note any damage prior to service.
Follow all dealership safety guidelines, traffic flow procedures, and company policies.
Assist with special projects, errands, and facility maintenance as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in automotive, customer service, or valet roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely.
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Primarily outdoor work environment; exposure to varying weather conditions.
Frequent standing, walking, and vehicle movement throughout the day.
Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Flexible schedule with potential weekend or extended hours as needed.
