Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Service Valet to join our Service Department. This role serves as the first and last point of contact for service guests, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, dependability, and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Salary: $12 to $14 per hour
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Albuquerque, NM 87107

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and warmly upon arrival.
• Safely drive customer vehicles between service lanes, parking areas, and technician bays.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in and check-out, including paperwork and tagging.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas.
• Provide shuttle service to customers when requested, ensuring safety and courtesy.
• Return vehicles to customers after service, ensuring they are clean and ready.
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians by managing vehicle flow and keys.
• Perform light vehicle inspections and document any pre-service damage.
• Follow dealership safety guidelines, traffic procedures, and company policies.
• Assist with special projects, errands, and facility maintenance as needed.

Working Conditions

• Primarily outdoor work with exposure to various weather conditions.
• Frequent standing, walking, and driving throughout the day.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with potential weekend or extended hours.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive, customer service, or valet roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
