Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our award-winning service team. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication, timely service, and excellent customer care. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately assess their vehicle service needs.
- Create detailed repair orders while verifying warranty and recall information.
- Provide clear and accurate cost estimates for recommended services and repairs.
- Explain maintenance and repair recommendations to customers, ensuring understanding and approval.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Coordinate workflow with technicians and the parts department.
- Review completed work orders with customers to confirm satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
- Promote additional recommended services and products based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and contribute to meeting department goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety procedures.
