Job Details

• Salary: Competitive base pay plus commission and performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally while identifying their service needs accurately.
• Create detailed repair orders, verify warranty or recall eligibility, and provide clear cost estimates.
• Communicate effectively with customers about maintenance, repair timelines, and updates.
• Mentor junior Service Advisors to enhance processes and customer service.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
• Review vehicle inspections and present additional service recommendations clearly.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns diplomatically and professionally.
• Monitor and achieve department goals, including customer satisfaction and service profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• Support workflow coordination, training, and ongoing process improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college or technical coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction, service sales, and productivity goals.
• Strong automotive knowledge with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance and strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
